Shoot days
A conference brief rarely needs one deliverable, it needs a hero recap film, session highlights, and social-ready cuts, often across multiple locations inside the same event. GenMonk planned this one in the same three stages we plan every shoot: pre-production (script, shot list, locations, scheduling), production (a full crew across four days), and post-production (edit, colour grade, sound design, and delivery in every format the brief called for).
Batching production this way, rather than treating each moment as a separate one-off call-out, is what let a single four-day shoot window produce weeks of usable content afterward.
